dc.description.abstract	Přehledová bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice výskytu komplikací spojených s rekonstrukcí prsu technikou latissimus dorsi flap (LDF) u žen po chirurgické léčbě karcinomu prsu. Téma reflektuje narůstající důraz na kvalitu života pacientek po onkologické terapii, kde rekonstrukce prsu představuje důležitý krok v rámci fyzické i psychické rekonvalescence. Předkládáme teoretická východiska týkající se chirurgické léčby karcinomu prsu a specifik autologní rekonstrukční techniky LDF, včetně jejích indikací, variant a technických modifikací. Podrobně se zaměřujeme na nejčastější komplikace techniky, jejich příčiny, incidenci, prevenci, management a možný dopad na výsledný efekt léčby. Dále se věnujeme pooperační, rehabilitační a dispenzární péči o pacientky. Hlavním cílem práce je shrnutí aktuálních dohledaných poznatků o komplikacích techniky. Informace byly čerpány z odborných databází EBSCO, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science a Wiley Online Library, přičemž byly doplněny cíleným vyhledáváním odborných článků a monografií na internetových vyhledávačích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis presents a narrative review focused on complications associated with breast reconstruction using the Latissimus Dorsi Flap (LDF) technique in women following surgical treatment for breast cancer. The topic reflects the increasing emphasis on the quality of life in patients after oncological therapy, where breast reconstruction represents a key step in both physical and psychological recovery. The thesis outlines the theoretical background related to surgical treatment of breast cancer and the specifics of the autologous LDF reconstruction technique, including its indications, variations, and technical modifications. It provides a detailed overview of the most common complications of the technique, their causes, incidence, prevention, management, and potential impact on treatment outcomes. Further attention is given to postoperative, rehabilitative, and follow-up care. The primary aim of the thesis is to summarize current findings on complications related to LDF technique. Information was gathered from academic databases such as EBSCO, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Wiley Online Library, and was supplemented by targeted searches for articles and monographs using internet search engines.
