dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vnímání péče o apalického pacienta pohledem všeobecné sestry. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat, jak sestry vnímají psychickou a fyzickou náročnost ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty a jaký význam přikládají spolupráci s rodinou. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o apalickém syndromu a přibližuje vybrané aspekty ošetřovatelské péče, včetně její náročnosti a etických souvislostí. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se všeobecnými sestrami. Data byla zpracována dílčími postupy inspirovanými metodikou zakotvené teorie. Výsledky ukazují, že sestry vnímají ošetřovatelskou péči jako náročnou po fyzické i psychické stránce a že spolupráce s rodinou pacienta může přispět ke zvýšení kvality poskytované péče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the perception of care for an apalic patient from the perspective of a general nurse. The aim of the thesis was to analyze how nurses perceive the psychological and physical demands of nursing care for these patients and what importance they attach to cooperation with the family. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about apalic syndrome and presents selected aspects of nursing care, including its demands and ethical implications. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with general nurses. The data were processed using partial procedures inspired by grounded theory methodology. The results show that nurses perceive nursing care as physically and psychologically demanding and that cooperation with the patient's family can contribute to increasing the quality of care provided.
