dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu zabývajícím se využitím nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí, první z nich se zabývá teoretickou literární rešerší zaměřenou na získání informací na téma controlling. Druhá část diplomové práce má za cíl poskytnout přehled o historii podniku, jeho vývoje odběratelů a portfolia a také o finanční situaci prostřednictvím finanční analýzy, analýzy prodeje a marže a analýzy nákladů. Třetí část projektu se zabývá samotnou implementací pozice controllera a controllingových nástrojů, které mají za cíl pomoci společnosti lépe sledovat jeho požadované hodnoty a zajistit stabilitu v podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master's thesis is to develop a project focused on the use of controlling tools in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on a theoretical literature review aimed at acquiring information on the topic of controlling. The second part's goal is to provide an overview of the company's history, its customer and portfolio development, as well as its financial situation via financial analysis, sales and margin analysis, and cost analysis. The third part of the project focuses on the practical implementation of the controller position and controlling tools, whose goal is to help the company better monitor its key performance indicators and ensure stability within the business.
