dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty po laparoskopické cholecystektomii. Teoretická část shrnuje anatomii a fyziologii žlučníku a žlučových cest, diagnostiku, léčbu a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zpracována jako případová studie formou kazuistik a analyzuje průběh hospitalizace šesti pacientů po laparoskopické cholecystektomii na chirurgickém oddělení v Nemocnici Kyjov. Cílem bylo identifikovat nejčastější potřeby, diagnózy a intervence poskytované pacientům a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení péče. Nejčastěji se objevovala potřeba úlevy od bolesti a nauzey, edukace o pooperačním režimu, podpora soběstačnosti, dopomoc s hygienou, mobilizací a psychická podpora. Mezi nejčastější diagnózy patřily akutní bolest, riziko krvácení, riziko dysbalance elektrolytů, riziko trombembolismu, riziko infekce a nedostatečné znalosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomy and physiology of the gallbladder and biliary tract, diagnostics, tretament and specifics of nursing care. The practical part is prepared as a case reports and analyzes the course of hospitalization of sic patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Surgical departement of the Kyjov Hospital. The goal was to identify the most common needs, diagnoses and interventions provided to patients and propose recommendations for improving care. The most common needs were pain relief and nausea, education about postoperative regimen, support for self-sufficiency, assistance with hygiene, mobilization and psychological support. The most common diagnoses included acute pain, risk of bleeding, risk of electrolyte imbalance, risk of thromboembolism, risk of infection and insufficient knowledge.
