dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice nepacientských nežádoucích událostí ve zdravotnickém prostředí. Zaměřuje se na jejich typy, příčiny, důsledky a možnosti prevence a intervence. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem NNU, jejich klasifikaci a rámce řízení rizik. Praktická část je založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se zdravotnickým personálem ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení, přičemž zkoumá jejich zkušenosti a názory na systém hlášení těchto událostí. Zjištění poukazují na přetrvávající obavy z následků hlášení a nedostatečnou důvěru v systém. Práce zdůrazňuje význam otevřené bezpečnostní kultury, vzdělávání zaměstnanců a podpory efektivního systému hlášení NNU.

The practical part is based on semi-structured interviews with healthcare personnel in a selected medical facility, exploring their experiences and perspectives on the current reporting system. The findings highlight persistent concerns about the consequences of reporting and a lack of trust in the system. The thesis emphasizes the importance of an open safety culture, staff education, and support for an effective NNU reporting system.
