dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů po výměně srdeční chlopně a jejím vlivem na kvalitu života a dodržování léčebného režimu. Cílem práce je pomocí přehledové studie zhodnotit dostupné poznatky týkající se edukace těchto pacientů v období po operaci. Teoretická část přibližuje anatomii srdečních chlopní, typy chlopenních vad, možnosti chirurgické náhrady a význam edukace ze strany všeobecné sestry. Praktická část je zpracována formou přehledové práce, která hodnotí dostupné odborné studie zaměřené na dopad edukace na dodržování léčby, kvalitu života, antikoagulační terapii a prevenci komplikací. Výsledky poukazují na důležitou roli sestry v edukaci a podporu pacienta při návratu do běžného života.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on patient education following heart valve replacement surgery and its impact on quality of life and treatment adherence. The aim of the study is to evaluate the current evidence related to education in the postoperative period through a literature review. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of heart valves, types of valve disorders, surgical options, and the role of general nurses in patient education. The practical part presents a review of studies assessing the impact of educational interventions on treatment compliance, quality of life, anticoagulant therapy, and prevention of complications. The results highlight the importance of nurse-led education in supporting patients after discharge and improving long-term outcomes.
