dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u seniorů po zlomenině krčku stehenní kosti a je zpracovaná formou přehledové studie. Cílem je analyzovat účinnost preventivních opatření ke snížení výskytu infekce v operační ráně (SSI) u seniorů po operaci této zlomeniny. Teoretická část se věnuje procesu stárnutí, problematice zlomenin krčku stehenní kosti a specifikům ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu 12 odborných studií, které posuzují účinnost vybraných preventivních opatření. Z výsledků vychází, že za nejefektivnější formu prevence SSI lze považovat zavedení kombinace komplexních preventivních opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of the elderly after femoral neck fracture and is prepared in the form of a review study. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of preventive measures to reduce the incidence of surgical site infection (SSI) in the elderly after surgery for this fracture. The theoretical part is devoted to the aging process, the problems of femoral neck fractures and the specifics of nursing care. The practical part focuses on the analysis of 12 expert studies assessing the effectiveness of selected preventive measures. The results suggest that the most effective form of SSI prevention may be the introduction of a combination of comprehensive preventive measures.
