dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku diabetu mellitu 1. typu a jeho vliv na kvalitu života dětí a mladistvých. Teoretická část práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na diagnostiku, léčbu a možné komplikace spojené s tímto typem diabetu a vymezení pojmů kvality života. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na psychosociální aspekty a vliv diabetu na životní styl jednotlivce. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou přehledové studie. Analýza těchto studií má za cíl zhodnotit současný stav poznání v oblasti dopadu diabetu na kvalitu života a najít klíčové faktory ovlivňující její úroveň.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of type 1 diabetes mellitus and it is impact on the quality of life of children and adolescents. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive view of the diagnosis, treatment and possible complications associated with this type of diabetes and defines the concepts of quality of life. Special emphasis is placed on psychosocial aspects and the impact of diabetes on the lifestyle of the individual. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on a summary of review studies. The analysis of these studies aims to assess the current state of knowledge in the field of the impact of diabetes on quality of life and to identify key factors influencing its level.
