dc.description.abstract	Přehledová bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces rekonvalescence pacientů po chirurgické léčbě a endovaskulární léčbě aneurysmatu abdominální aorty. Práce shrnuje aktuální poznatky o anatomických a fyziologických aspektech abdominální aorty, klinickém obrazu aneurysmatu, diagnostických postupech a terapeutických modalitách. Struktura práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních tematických okruhů, které reflektují stanovené dílčí cíle. První část se soustředí na charakteristiku terapeutických přístupů, jejich průběh, možné komplikace a prognostické faktory dle dostupných klinických studií. Závěrečná část je věnována fázi rekonvalescence a specifickým ošetřovatelským intervencím, které jsou klíčové pro optimalizaci zotavení pacienta a minimalizaci rizika komplikací. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o léčbě aneurysmatu abdominální aorty a rekonvalescenčních strategiích se zaměřením na ošetřovatelský přístup a jeho význam v multidisciplinární péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the recovery process of patients after surgical and endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm. The thesis summarizes the current knowledge on anatomical and physiological aspects of abdominal aortic aneurysm, clinical picture of the aneurysm, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic modalities. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main thematic areas, which reflect the stated sub-objectives. The first part focuses on the characteristics of therapeutic approaches, their course, possible complications and prognostic factors according to available clinical studies. The final part is devoted to the recovery phase and specific nursing interventions that are key to optimising patient recovery and minimising the risk of complications. The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of abdominal aortic aneurysm treatment and recovery strategies, focusing on the nursing approach and its importance in multidisciplinary care.
