dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je kvalita života s roztroušenou sklerózou. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jakým způsobem je subjektivně ovlivněna kvalita života jedince s tímto onemocněním. Práce se zároveň zaměřuje na způsoby, jakými se tito jedinci vyrovnávají s dopady nemoci v každodenním životě. Teoretická část přináší celistvý pohled na problematiku roztroušené sklerózy. Současně se věnuje specifikům ošetřovatelské péče a konceptu kvality života v kontextu chronického onemocnění. Poznatky v rámci praktické části byly získávány prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti ženami s diagnostikovanou relaps - remitentní formou RS, které byly analyzovány dle principů zakotvené teorie. Práce přináší vhled do prožívání jedinců s tímto onemocněním a poukazuje na důležitost individuálního přístupu v ošetřovatelské péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the quality of life with multiple sclerosis. The aim of the thesis was to determine how the quality of life is subjectively affected by this illness. The thesis also focuses on the ways in which these individuals cope with the impacts of the disease in their daily lives. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of multiple sclerosis. It also addresses the specifics of nursing care and the concept of quality of life in the context of chronic illness. The findings presented in the practical part were obtained through qualitative research, using semi-structured interviews with five women diagnosed with the relapsing-remitting form of MS, analyzed according to the principles of grounded theory. The thesis offers insight into the experiences of individuals with this condition and highlights the importance of an individualized approach in nursing care.
