dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na postoje učitelů základních škol, středních odborných škol a středních odborných učilišť k žákům s odlišným mateřským jazykem a na vybrané faktory, které tyto postoje ovlivňují. Cílem je zjistit, jak délka pedagogické praxe, typ školy, mimoškolní zkušenosti s cizinci a subjektivně vnímaná kompetence učitelů ovlivňují jejich postoje k těmto žákům.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis examines the attitudes of primary and secondary school teachers toward students with a different mother tongue, as well as selected factors influencing these attitudes. The aim is to determine how the lenght of teaching experience, type of school, extracurricular experience with foreigners, and teachers' subjectively perceived competence affect their attitudes towards these students.
