dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá mužskými studenty studijního programu Sociální pedagogika a jejich zkušenostmi se studiem v dominantně ženském prostředí. V této práci vymezujeme teoretická východiska sociálního konstruktivismu a genderu, což následně zasazujeme do kontextu pomáhajících profesí. Cílem práce je porozumět žitým zkušenostem participantů v kontextu nízké diverzity mužského pohlaví způsobené sociálním konstruktem genderu. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně design interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Metoda sběru dat probíhala pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky jsme následně srovnali s dosavadním výzkumným poznáním.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis examines male students in the Social Education study program and their experiences studying in a predominantly female environment. We define the theoretical foundations of social constructivism and gender, subsequently placing them in the context of helping professions. The aim of the thesis is to understand the lived experiences of the participants in the context of low male gender diversity caused by the social construct of gender. A qualitative research approach was chosen for his study, specifically the design of interpretative phenomenological analysis. The data collection method involved semi-structured interviews. We also compared the results of the study with existing research findings.
