dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkušenostmi pěstounských rodin se spoluprací s biologickými rodiči. Cílem práce je porozumět tomu, jak pěstouni popisují dynamiku svého vztahu s biologickými rodiči dítěte. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny témata náhradní rodinné péče, specifika pěstounské péče a kontaktu dítěte v pěstounské péči s biologickými rodiči. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, konkrétně na analýze polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěstouny. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že dynamika spolupráce mezi pěstouny a biologickými rodiči je proměnlivá, často složitá, ale i potenciálně přínosná pro dítě. Významnou roli hraje komunikace, podpora odborníků a individuální nastavení všech zúčastněných stran.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis explores the experiences of foster families in their cooperation with biological parents. The aim of the thesis is to understand how foster carers describe the dynamics of their relationship with the child's biological parents. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section outlines the concepts of substitute family care, the specifics of foster care, and the contact between children in foster care and their biological parents. The practical part is based on qualitative research, specifically the analysis of semistructured interviews with foster carers. The research findings show that the dynamics of cooperation between foster carers and biological parents is variable, often complex, but potentially beneficial for the child. Communication, professional support, and the individual attitudes of all involved parties play a significant role in shaping this cooperation.
