dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí sociálního kurátora při práci s adolescentními odsouzenými. Cílem práce je porozumět roli sociálního kurátora v kontextu práce s adolescenty, kteří se dostali do konfliktu se zákonem. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, přičemž byl zvolen design tematické analýzy. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkum mapuje celý proces práce sociálního kurátora s adolescentním klientem a to od prvotního kontaktu po aktivity směřující k prevenci recidivy. Mezi klíčová prvky efektivní práce patří schopnost navázat důvěryhodný vztah s klientem, práce s motivací a udržení klienta na cestě změny i v náročných podmínkách.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the role of the social social curator in working with adolescent convicts. The aim of the thesis is to understand the role of the social probation officer in the context of working with adolescents in conflict with the law. The practical part is based on qualitative research and a thematic analysis design has been chosen. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. The research maps the whole process of the social curator with an adolescent client from the initial contact to activities aimed at preventing recidivism. Key elements of effective work include the ability to establish a trusting relationship with the client, working with motivation and keeping the client on the path of change even in challenging circumstances.
