dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika komunikace a vztahů pedagogických pracovníků se žáky mladšího a staršího věku. Teoretická část práce se soustředí na vývojové charakteristiky obou věkových skupin, běžné problémy ve vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem a na roli sociálního pedagoga jako podpůrného činitele efektivní komunikace v prostředí základních škol. Praktická část popisuje kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizován formou dotazníků. Cílem je analyzovat a zmapovat specifika komunikace a vztahů mezi žáky mladšího a staršího školního věku a jejich učiteli z pohledu obou skupin.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of communication and relationships between educational staff and students of younger and older school age. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the developmental characteristics of both age groups, common issues in theacher-student relationships, and the role of social pedagogy as a supportive factor for effective communication in the environment of primary schools. The practical part describes a quantitative research study conducted using questionnaires. The aim is to analyze and map the specifics of communication and relationships between younger and older school-age students and their teachers from the perspective of both groups.
