Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými sociálními a psychologickými problémy ve zdravotnictví, které závažně ovlivňují práci a pracovní výkon zdravotních sester. Pozornost je věnována osobnosti, roli a poslání zdravotních sester a jejich vztahu k pacientům. V navazujících kapitolách jsou rozebrány pojmy pracovní motivace, pracovních postojů a spokojenosti. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá teoretickými koncepty syndromu vyhoření, jeho příznaky, metodami prevence a přehledem profesí, kterých se týká. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zmapování výskytu syndromu vyhoření u souboru 58 zdravotních sester gerontologického oddělení a 60 sester oddělení intenzívní péče, dále na hodnocení jejich postojů k odměňování, k péči o nemocné a na zjištění míry spokojenosti s vlastní prací. Část výzkumu je zaměřena také na zjištění vzájemného vztahu syndromu vyhoření a vybraných postojů k různým aspektům práce. |

The bachelor paper deals with the recent social and psychological problems in the health care, which seriously affect the nurses' work and their work performance. The attention is paid to the description of nurses' work, their personality, their role and their relations to the patients. In the subsequent chapters the psychological concepts of work motivation, the indvidual needs, the attitudes to work and the satisfaction in work are concerned. The end of the theoretical part examines the theoretical concepts of the burn out syndrome and its symptoms, the methods of prevention and the concerned jobs. The research part is focused on the description of the burn out syndrome which involves the group of 58 nurses at the geriatrics ward and 60 nurses at the intensive care ward. The research part also includes the evaluation of nurses attitudes to their renumeration, to the care of patients and the determination of their work content level. The part of the research is also concentrated on the determination of the mutual relations between the burn out syndrome and the chosen attitudes to the various work aspects. |
