dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti HON - okna, dveře s.r.o. v letech 2021 až 2023. Cílem práce je posoudit finanční situaci podniku, zhodnotit vývoj vybraných ukazatelů a identifikovat oblasti, ve kterých by mohlo dojít ke zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným východiskům finanční analýzy, účetním výkazům a klíčovým finančním ukazatelům. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný profil společnosti a provádí vertikální a horizontální analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, dále analýzu rentability, likvidity, zadluženosti a aktivity. Závěrem práce jsou shrnuty klíčové poznatky, získané během finanční analýzy a formulována doporučení, která mají přispět ke zlepšení finanční stability a výkonnosti společnosti.
