Hlavním cílem disertační práce je identifikovat, jak vybrané situační, instrumentální a osobnostní faktory ovlivňují rozvoj manažera, a vytvořit tak základ pro výzkum tacitních znalostí manažerů. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle byla nejprve zpracována literární rešerše jako výsledek analýzy dostupných informačních zdrojů o tacitních znalostech. Poté byla definována teoretická východiska pro výzkumnou část práce, stanoveny výzkumné hypotézy a metodika výzkumu. Pro sběr dat byly v práci použity následující metody: analýza dostupných informačních zdrojů, konzultace s vědeckými pracovníky, polostrukturované rozhovory s manažery, dotazníkové šetření, diskusní skupiny a rozhovory s využitím myšlenkových map. Výsledky výzkumu byly srovnány s poznatky uvedenými v literární rešerši a stanovené hypotézy byly ověřeny. Nakonec byla provedena syntéza přínosů disertační práce pro teoretické poznání a praktické použití získaných poznatků v procesu přípravy manažerů.K hlavním závěrům práce patří fakt, že tacitní znalosti ovlivňují způsob práce manažera (např. jeho rozhodování), jeho reakce na události nebo instrukce nadřízených i jeho postup při vytváření prostředí v organizaci, které bude vyhovovat jeho potřebám a cílům. Získané tacitní znalosti patří k faktorům, které odlišují úspěšné manažery od méně úspěšných. |

The main aim of the doctoral thesis is to identify, how chosen situational, instrumental, and personal factors influence the managerial development, and create a base for the managerial tacit knowledge research. A literary background research had been carried out to complete this objective. It was a result of an analysis of available literature from the area of tacit knowledge. Then theoretical data for the practical part of the thesis were defined; experimental hypotheses and a methodology of the research were set. In the doctoral thesis, following methods for the data acquisition were used: an analysis of available information sources, consultations with scientific workers, semi-structured discussions with managers, a questionnaire research, disputable groups, and interviews with the usage of mental maps.The research results were compared with pieces of knowledge mentioned in the theoretical background research; the given hypotheses were verified. Finally, a synthesis of contributions for theory and practice of the doctoral thesis was realized.The main results of thesis are following: Tacit knowledge influences the behaviour of managers and their way of working, and for this reason, tacit knowledge is decisive on their success (or failure) - for instance, it speeds up and makes easier the decision-making process. |
