Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sebevražedností jako společenským problémem. V teoretické rovině vysvětluje základní pojmy a popisuje vědní přístupy k této problematice. Dále se zabývá současným trestně právním postavením sebevraždy v našem společenství a jak k tomuto jevu přistupují orgány činné v trestním řízení. Taktéž je zde nastíněna problematika týkající se prevence a intervence vůči sebevražednému jednání. Součástí je i praktická část, která rozvádí a zkoumá problém sebevražednosti v České republice za období od roku 2002 do roku 2007. |

This dissertation addresses suicide as social problem. In the theoretical view, it explains the key definitions and describes scientific approaches to this problem. Next, it considers the current criminal-legal position of suicide in our society and how the authorities of the criminal procedures approach it. There is also outlined the problem of prevention and intervention towards suicidal behaviour. Another part of the work is a applied example which develops and examines the problem of suicides in the Czech republic in the period from year 2002 till the year of 2007. |
