Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce jsou systémy německé územní správy. Podstatnou část tvoří charakteristika organizace územní správy v Německu, její jednotlivé systémy, orgány na jednotlivých správních úrovních a jejich kompetence. Jedna kapitola je věnována popisu správního systému v České republice. Cílem je podat srovnávací analýzu německé-ho a českého správního systému a jejich zhodnocení, zda jsou v každém z těchto států na-staveny efektivně, nebo zda s sebou jejich zavedení přineslo určité problémy. |

The systems of German territorial administration are the main subject of this master thesis. The chief part of this work creates the characteristic of organization the territorial adminis-tration in Germany, its individual systems, authorities on single administrative levels and their jurisdiction. In the fourth chapter the description of the administrative system in the Czech republic is the focus of attention. The goal of this paper work is to hand comparative analysis the German and Czech administrative system and their estimation, whether are the systems in each of these states adjusted effectively, or whether brought definite problems along their introduction. |
