dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé práce je shrnou a utřídit poznatky o problematice mobbingu na pracovišti. Teoretická část se věnuje příčinám vzniku a konkrétním formám mobbingu, osobnosti pachatele i oběti a následkům mobbingu. Zabývá se také postupy, jak šikanu na pracovišti úspěšně řešit i možnostmi prevence. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, mapující tuto problematiku u zaměstnanců Městského úřadu v Uherském Brodě. Tato bakalářská práce by měla sloužit k větší informovanosti široké veřejnosti a pomoci managementu nejen na tomto úřadu zkvalitnit organizační kulturu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to summarize and organize knowledge on the issue of mobbing in the workplace. The theoretical part deals with the causes of origin and the specific forms of mobbing, personality of an offender and a victim and the consequences of mobbing. It focuses on procedures of successful solving a bullying problem in the workplace and prevention capabilities as well. The practical part contains quantitative research findings, mapping this issue to employees at the Municipal Office in Uherský Brod. This bachelor thesis should serve to increase awareness of the general public and help not only the management of this office to improve the organizational culture.	en
