Práce je věnována problematice krizové intervence vztahů ve třídě. Jedná se o kvalitativní studii, která byla zpracována na základě rozhovorů s odborníky, kteří krizové intervence vzájemných vztahů v třídních kolektivech dělají. Cílem této studie bylo zmapování pojmu "krizová intervence vztahů ve třídě", jeho ucelení a vytvoření doporučení, jak postupovat, při jejím řešení. Výzkum je uveden tématy na základě odborné literatury, která se k této problematice vztahuje. Mezi tato témata patří psychická krize, krizová intervence obecně a její specifické znaky, školní třída jako malá sociální skupina a skupinová dynamika. |

The diploma thesis is devoted to the problem of crisis intervention of the relations in a class group at school. It is a qualitative study which was processed and based on the interviews with specialists who have already had great experiences with these kind of work.The aim of this thesis was to elaborate the term "crisis intervention of the relations in a class group", its survey and to give the recommendations how to deal with solving this type of situations.The research is introduced by related topics based on the specialized literature focused on this problem. These topics include psyche crisis, crisis intervention in general and its specific elements, school class group as a small social group and group dynamics. |
