Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat nejvýznamnější ovocné dřeviny pěstované v podmínkách České republiky. Část práce byla pro srovnání zaměřena také na vybrané tropické ovoce, a to ananas, citrusy, avokádo, banánovník, mučenky a papáju. U popisovaných ovocných druhů je v práci zmíněna taxonomie, chemické složení a jeho změny v průběhu zrání plodů. Zdůrazněn je význam chemických látek v ovoci zhlediska lidské výživy a potravinářského zpracování. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the most significant fruit wood species grown in the conditions of the Czech Republic. A part of the thesis was also,as a comparison, focused on selected tropical fruit, such as pineapple, citrus fruit, avocado, banana tree, passionflowers and papaya. Moreover,it is mentioned the fruit species' taxonomy, chemist composition and its process during fruitage ripening. The importance of chemical substances is emphasized here in terms of human nutrition and food processing |
