Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma "Postavení národnostních menšin v procesu utváření české společnosti". Zabývá se problematikou národnostních menšin na našem území v historickém i současném kontextu. Prakticky se orientuje na problematiku uplatnitelnost Romů na trhu práce. Cílem práce bylo poukázat na možnosti řešení problému velké nezaměstnanosti romské populace. |
