V diplomové práci se zaobírám problematikou sociálních vztahů a komunikace. Důležitá je zmínka o osobnosti a jejích sociálních interakcích, pozitivně laděném pracovním klimatu. V oblasti realizace porad na rozličných úrovních z pohledu vedoucího pracovníka Vězeňské služby České republiky objasňuji vztahy partnerství mezi managementem a pracovníky. Průzkumné šetření mé práce se zabývá specifickou, velmi aktuální oblastí sociálních vztahů mezi zaměstnanci Vězeňské služby ČR, úspěšností a efektivností při aplikování poznatků do každodenních činností. |

My Diploma Work deals with the social relations and communication issues. The important part is the one referring to the personality and its social interactions, a positively tempered working climate. From the point of view of a managerial position at The Prison Service of the Czech Republic, I herein clarify the partnership between the management and the staff in the field of realization of meetings at various levels. My research work deals with a specific and particularly topical field of the social relationship between the employees of The Prison Service of the Czech Republic, successfulness and efficiency of the knowledge application to everyday activities. |
