Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice potíží v chování lidí, žijících v Domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, u nichž byl diagnostikován dětský autismus nebo jiná porucha autistického spektra a těžší stupeň mentálního postižení. Teoretická část se zabývá nejen vymezením základních pojmů, ale především si klade za cíl popsat možnosti terapeutického působení při zvládání problémového chování. Praktická část pojednává o prostředí Domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a mapuje příčiny a následně hledá návody zvládání problémového chování klientů zařízení, s cílem najít vhodné postupy a doporučení pro zkvalitnění práce personálu. Kvalitativní výzkum se opírá o metodu případové studie. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of difficulties in behaviour of people living in Home for people with disabilities, which was diagnosed children's autism or other disorder Autistic Spectrum and heavier degree of mental disability. The teoretical part deals with not only the definition of basic concepts, but also aims to describe the possibility of therapeutic action in dealing with problem behavior. The practical part deals with the Home for people with disabilities and explores the casues and then looking for guides management of problem behavior client devices, with a view to finding appropriate procedures and recommendations for improving the work of the staff. Qualitative research is based on the Metod of case studies. |
