Hlavním cílem mé magisterské práce je nastínit širokou problematiku šikany - její konkrétní projevy, možnou pomoc obětem a případná preventivní opatření. Zaměřil jsem se na aktuální projevy šikany ve škole a faktory ovlivňující její vznik a vývoj. Se zvoleným tématem také úzce souvisí osobnost agresora a oběti, což se promítá do konečných důsledků. Nelze také přehlédnout klima školního prostředí, které implicitně ovlivňuje nejen chování dětí, ale i jejich následný postoj k mezilidským vztahům. Po teoretickém nastínění problému se zabývám příčinami a předpoklady k agresi, kde mimo jiné sehrává primární úlohu rodina a škola. Dalšími faktory mohou být jak osobnostní předpoklady agresora, tak i vliv médií a přejímání nevhodných vzorů chování ze svého sociálního okolí. V praktické části jsem zmapoval oblast prevence, primárně školní prostředí, způsob odhalování šikany, pomoc rodičům, dětem, nejen jednotlivcům, ale i celé postižené skupině. Základem praktické části je seznam organizací a institucí ,které poskytují účinnou pomoc v oblasti rehabilitace mezilidských vztahů. V závěru práce jsem doplnil shrnutí o vlastní úvahy a názory. |

The diploma work deals with a wide range of problems with bullying. The main goal is to introduce factual ways of children's victims of bullying, possible help and the work is also concentrated on steps to stop bullying regarding to possibilities of precautions. I have focused on repeated bullying at school and factors which influence its genesis and development. A personalities of an aggressor and a victim are closely associated with the topic. It is not possible to ignore an atmosphere of school setting which impacts implicitly not only children 's behaviour but their consecutive attitude to human realtions. After a theoretical outline I have dealt with causations and conditions for an aggression where a primary problem is caused in a family or at school. Other factors can be both personal presupposition of an aggressor and media influence and borrowing unsuitable, incorrect behaviour paradigms from his or her social environment. In a practical part I have mapped the prevention area, primarily school environment, ways of bullying detection, assistance for parents, children, not only individuals but the whole stricken group. The basis of the practical part is a list of organizations and institutions which provide an effective help in the field of human relations. I have added my own thoughts and opinions to the conclusion. |
