dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá činností Policie ČR na úseku prevence kriminality a zároveň seznamuje s jednotlivými programy prevence, vzniklými v součinnosti s Republikovým výborem pro prevenci kriminality. Popisuje systém policejního školství včetně vzdělávání policejního managementu. Představuje manažerský model řízení kvality Exelence EFQM, zejména z pohledu nového přístupu k široké veřejnosti, jehož výsledkem má být spokojený policista, ale i spokojený občan.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the activities of the Czech Police in field of crime prevention and presents individual programmes of prevention that have come into being as a result of cooperation with the Republic Committee for crime prevention. It describes police school system, including police management education. It introduces the model of the Quality Management "Excelence EFQM", especially from the attitude of the new approach to the wide public, which should result in a satisfied policeman and also a satisfied citizen.	en
