Závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma Indukovaný porod prostaglandiny se skládá ze dvou základních částí. V teoretické části informuje o rozpoznání prvních příznaků těhotenství, výpočet a fyziologickou délku gravidity. Dále seznamuje s nepravidelnostmi porodu, vy-světluje podmínky a vůbec podněty pro zahájení k předčasnému vyvolání porodnických stahů dělohy a finální ukončení porodu. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky statis-tiky zkoumání o četnosti, škodlivosti či prospěchu indukovaných porodů, vliv prostaglan-dinů na matku i dítě, frekvenci porodnických operací a celkový komfort, či dyskomort při porodu a po něm. Jde o aktuální téma, které je řešeno, ať už v kladném či záporném slova smyslu, v mnoha porodnických týmech. |
