Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá rozlišením pojmů agrese, agresivita a násilí, jejich druhy a projevy v lidském chování, teoretickými koncepcemi vysvětlující vznik agrese a agresivního chování u člověka a faktory, které ovlivňují agresivní chování u člověka. Dále se zabývá agresivním a násilným chováním u dětí a mladistvých, které se projevuje v sociálně patologických jevech a to v delikvenci a kriminalitě. Rozebírá trestnou činnost páchanou dětmi a mladistvý i za použití násilí. Praktická část obsahuje srovnávací analýzu dat týkající se trestné činnosti dětí a mladistvých za období od roku 2002 do roku 2007. |

In theoretic part is the bacalor project concerned with discernment of conception aggression, aggressivenes and violence and its kinds, indication in the human behaviour, theoretic conceptions explanatory the genesis of aggression and aggressive human behaviour and factors, which interact the aggressive human behaviour. Then considers also the aggressive and violent behaviour by children and teenagers, which express in social-pathologic effects namely in delinquency and criminality. It analyses criminality commited by children and teenagers by using violence. The practical part contains the comparative analysis of datas relating to children and teenagers criminality in period from year 2002 to 2007. |
