dc.description.abstract V této bakalářské práci se zabývám postavením žen v dílech Thomase Hardyho a Davida Herberta Lawrence. V první části předkládám stručný životopis obou autorů a stručný obsah děl Lesáci a Ženy milující. V části druhé charakterizuji jednotlivé ženské postavy a jejich zobrazení a postavení. Část poslední ukazuje, jak se ženy projevují ve vztazích s muži. cs

In the first part I submit brief biographies of both authors and brief content of novels The Woodlanders and Women in Love. The second part describes characterization of the main female characters and how they are depicted. The last part describes how women behave in relationships with men. en
