Bakalářská práce Senioři v domovech důchodců a regulační poplatky ve zdravotnictví se zabývá aktuálním tématem zavedení poplatků ve zdravotnictví v české republice. Autor pojednává o sociálním státu jako garantu jistých práv všech občanů, o jeho vývoji a současné krizi; věnuje se popisu zdravotnictví v období socialismu a snahám o reformy po roce 1989 až po zavedení regulačních poplatků. Dále autor prezentuje provedený výzkum a výsledná zjištění z konkrétního Domova pro seniory Kociánka, analyzuje reakcím jeho klientů, které se týkají aktuálních změn ve zdravotnictví. |

This bachelor work is concerned with the elderly in retirement homes and regulated charges in the healthcare system for people in the Czech Republic. The author deals with guaranteed legal rights of citizens, especially the retired and their relationship with the current crisis of the social healthcare system. The author focuses on the characteristics of the healthcare system under socialism and attempts at reforms after the year 1989 up until the current implementation of regulated charges. Further the author describes the research and its results featuring life in the retirement home for seniors named Kocianka, analyzing clients reactions toward the changes in the current healthcare system. |
