dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je se zabývá vztahem rodiny a zaměstnání, především možnostmi jejich harmonizace. Důraz je přitom kladen na sféru rodiny, sociální politiky státu a trh práce, a to jak samostatně, tak v jejich vzájemné provázanosti. Podstatnou část tvoří důležitá otázka genderu, která se prolíná celou problematikou rodinného i pracovního života.	cs
