ABSTRAKT V diplomové práci se věnuji vztahu genderu a vzdělávání. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o téma velmi široké, zaměřím se na vztah genderu ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. Poku-sím se zjistit, do jaké míry ovlivňuje genderová výchova současnou generaci středoškol-ských studentů. Jak vnímají genderovou rovnost a jak přijímají či odmítají genderové ste-reotypy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů a vztahů. Je zpracována podle odborné literatury autorů a autorek zabývajících se tématem gender a vzdělávání. Druhá část má formu dotazníkového šetření. Popisuje meto-dologický postup při přípravě a při realizace dotazníkového průzkumu. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou zpracovány tak, aby co nejpřehledněji vyjádřily získané informace, které jsou dále analyzovány. Dotazníkového průzkumu se zúčastnili jednak studentky a studenti středních škol, jednak jejich učitelky a učitelé. Třetí část se zabývá srovnáním teoretických východisek s výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu a vyvozením závěrů vyplývajících z tohoto porovnání. Diplomová práce je doplněna seznamem použité literatury a obsahuje také seznam příloh. |

Thesis is aimed at relationship between tender and education. Considering the breadth of this topic I am aiming at relationship between gender and educative-educational processes. I am trying to identify up to what measure gender education influences the generation of current secondary school students. How they perceive gender equality and how they either accept or refuse gender stereotypes. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on defining basic concepts and relations. It is compiled from materials published by authors dealing with the issue of gen-der and education. The second part takes the form of a survey. It is describing a methodol-ogy for preparing and conducting a survey. Findings of the survey are well-arranged in order to imply about the obtained information that is subsequently analysed. Participants of the survey were both secondary school students and their teachers. The third part compares theoretical data with the findings of the survey and concludes out-comes of this comparison. Thesis includes the Index of used literature and a list of attachments. |
