Práce se zabývá sociálně-právními aspekty pracovních úrazů a chorob z povolání se zaměřením na region Karvinsko. Řeší právní úpravu v oblasti odškodňování pracovních úrazů a chorob z povolání, vyjmenovává jednotlivé druhy náhrad, na které mají postižení s titulu svého poškození zdraví nárok. Rozebírá příčiny, které mají vliv na vysokou úrazovost a vznich chorob z povolání u zaměstnanců pracujících v hornictví. Práce je rovněž zaměřena na sociální dopady postižených horníků regionu Karvinska. Na jednotlivých případech jsou popsány nepříznivé životní situace, do kterých se dostali poškození v důsledku ztráty zaměstnání a poškození zdraví, které utrpěli při výkonu svého povolání. |

This work deals with social ? legal aspects of work injuries and diseases targeted on a Karvinsko region. It discusses a legal form in an area of reimbursing work injuries and industry diseases; it lists the types of reimbursement for which the claimant has the right owing to the harm onto his/ her health. It analyses the purposes which influence high injury rate and also the origin of the industrial disease of employees working in mining. The work is also focused on the social affects on the claimed miners of the Karvinsko region. The unfavourable life situation, into which the claimant got due to the lost of his/ her job and the damage of his/ her health which they suffered of when doing their duties, are described on individual cases. |
