Práce je zaměřená na stručný přehled o ochraně menšin v naší společnosti, osvětluje dějiny romské populace v ČR a problematiku romských dětí v současném vzdělávacím systému. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část nabízí stručný přehled vzdělávacích systémů a možné příklady chybných rozhodnutí pedagogických pracovníků v multikulturní výchově romských dětí. Závěr teoretické části jsem věnoval uplatnění romských občanů a to jak aktuální situaci, tak samotnému problému uplatnění. Výzkumná část navazuje na část teoretickou nejprve předpoklady a cíle výzkumu, poté popisuje metodiku výzkumu a subjekty zkoumání. Dále se věnuje vyhodnocení a výsledkům výzkumu. V závěru celé diplomové práce jsou učinil celkové shrnutí problému, Zde jsem učinil úvahu nad současnou situací s návrhem na možné využití. |

The work is devoted to a brief overview on the protection of minorities in our society, illumination history of the Roma population in the Czech Republic and the problems of Roma children in the current educational system. Thesis is divided into two parts, the part of the theoretical and research. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of educational systems and possible examples of erroneous decisions of youth workers in the multicultural education of Roma children. Conclusion theoretical part, I focused on the application of the Roma community and how the current situation and the problem of the application itself. Research continues on the part of the first theoretical assumptions and objectives of the research, and then describes the methodology of research and examination bodies. In addition, deals with the evaluation and research results. In conclusion, the whole thesis is done, a summary of the problem, here I have done over the current situation with a proposal for possible use. |
