dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací a analýzou informačního systému SAP v podmínkách vybraných veřejných vysokých škol v oblasti modulů pro řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je analyzovat, navrhnout zdokonalení a rozšíření personálních modulů SAP s ohledem na specifické podmínky českých veřejných vysokých škol. Projektovým výstupem jsou doporučení, která respektují konkrétní podmínky a která jsou realizovatelná formou úpravy programů v daných personálních modulech.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the implementation and analysis of the SAP Information System in the conditions of selected public universities and higher education institutions in the sphere of modules for human resources management. The thesis aims to analyse and suggest en-hancement and extension of the SAP personnel modules with regard to the specific condi-tions at the Czech public universities and higher education institutions. The project output is represented by recommendations taking into account current conditions and feasible by means of modification of programmes in the particular personnel modules.	en
