dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce na téma Uplatňování a realizace práv těhotných žen je vyzkoumat, která práva si ženy v období těhotenství nárokují, a ve kterých oblastech vnímají nedostatky naplňování lidských práv. Práce zjišťuje, nakolik jsou ženy o svých právech informovány a zároveň, zda si je dokážou také prosadit. V teoretické části popisuji právo těhotných žen ve zdravotnictví, v prenatální péči a v pracovně - právních vztazích. V praktické části se věnuji zpracování výzkumu a v závěrečné části vytvoření uceleného shrnutí práv pro moderní těhotnou ženu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Purpose of my bachelor's thesis on the theme Claiming and realizing pregnant women's rights is to find out which rights women in period of pregnancy claim and in which areas they feel deficiencies of human rights fulfilment. Bachelor's thesis investigates how pregnant women are informed about their rights and whether they are able to enforce them or not at the same time. In the theoretical part I describe pregnant women's law in the health service, in the antenatal care and in labour-law relations. In the practical part I pursue to process research and in the final part I create the comprehensive summary of law for modern pregnant woman.	en
