dc.description.abstract	Šikana, mobbing nebo bossing je jakékoli chování, jehož záměrem je ublížit, ohrozit nebo zastrašovat jiného člověka, případně skupinu lidí. Je to cílené a obvykle opakované užití nepříjemností jedincem nebo skupinou vůči jedinci či skupině, kteří se neumí nebo z nejrůznějších důvodů nemohou bránit. Zahrnuje jak fyzické, tak hlavně psychické útoky v podobě pomlouvání, poškozování věcí, nadávání, vyhrožování či ponižování. Může mít i formu sexuálního obtěžování až zneužívání.	cs

It is usually a repeated usage of annoying means by an individual or a group of people aimed at another individual or another group of people, who cannot or are not able to defend for any reason.
