V bakalářské práci se věnuji postavení pěstounské péče v systému náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. V teoretické části popisuji, co pěstounská péče je, jaké jsou její formy, jak probíhá proces svěření dítěte do pěstounské péče, které organizace se na tomto procesu podílejí. V praktické části bakalářské práce předkládám výzkum, jehož cílem je zjištění, jak vyhovuje pěstounům současný systém pěstounské péče a jak se na tento systém dívají odborníci z oblasti náhradní rodinné péče. Předkládám i jejich návrhy na změnu. |

In my bachelor work I am concerned with the foster care in the system of surrogate family care in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I describe what the foster care is, what its forms are, how the fosterage process is realized and which organizations are cooperating in this process. In the practical part I submit the research which shows how much the fosterers are satisfied with the current foster care system and what the opinion of the surrogate family care specialists is. I also try to find suggestions for change. |
