dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována aktuálnímu společenskému tématu, problematice genderových rolí na Rožnovsku v minulosti i v současnosti. Skládá se ze tří částí ? obecné, historické a empirické. Obecná část se zabývá zejména tematickým pojmoslovím, problematikou vzniku a vývoje feminismu u nás a také věnuje pozornost některým sociálním a demografickým fenoménům současnosti. Historická část podává svědectví o vnímání a dělbě rolí mužů a žen v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm a okolí v období od druhé poloviny devatenáctého století do poloviny století dvacátého a to na základě analýzy archivních dokumentů. Soudobá část práce je výsledkem vyhodnocení odpovědí dotázaných respondentů na problematiku genderových rolí v rožnovském regionu v současnosti.	cs
