Práce popisuje komunikaci jako prostředek sociální styku mezi lidmi. Prezentuje komunikaci jako takovou, její dělení a poruchy. Pozornost je v této práci také věnována činnosti vězeňského personálu právě při komunikaci s vězněnými osobami. Závěrem je prezentována problematika komunikace odsouzených osob a pomocí dotazníkového šetření vypracován sociální průzkum za účelem odhalení příčin problémů při komunikaci vězněných osob. |

This thesis describes communication as an instrument for social contact between people. It presents the communication in itself, it?s division and disorders. The main aim of this thesis is to focus on the prison staff activities in communication with imprisoned individuals. At the end, the problems in communication of imprisoned people are presented and by the help of the questionnaire research the social survey is made in order to disclose the reasons of problems of communication of the imprisoned people. |
