Učitelé mají problém dnes žáky zaujmout. Jejich vyučovací styl neodpovídá potřebám jejich studentů, kteří umějí cizí jazyky a na rozdíl od svých kantorů umějí zacházet s informačními technologiemi. Rodina přestává plnit výchovnou funkci. Učitele se cítí být ve školách ohroženi, často se stávají terčem šikany ze strany žáků. Prohlubuje se krize ve vzdělávacím systému. Akční výzkum v soukromé obchodní akademii to potvrzuje. |

Teachers have currently problem to hold studentś attention. Their teaching style does not respond to their students'needs - students know foreign laguages and unlike lots of their teachers they are able to use information technologies. The family fails to fulfil its educati-ve fiction. Teacher feel threaten at schools, they often become the target of stu-dents'bullying. The crisis in the educational systém is getting deeper. This has been con-firmed by my action research at a private business academy. |
