V dnešní uspěchané a přetechnizované době, kdy každý myslí jen sám na sebe, je velkou vzácností, obdržet pomoc a podporu v různých tíživých situacích v životě. Za těmito účely jsou zakládány neziskové organizace s vytyčeným posláním, pomáhat potřebným, aniž by za tuto služba cokoliv očekávaly. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na monitorování jedné neziskové organizace při zavádění nové služby na trh a to formou kvalitativní výzkumné strategie s metodou triangulace. |

Today we live in a hurried, overtechnicized world and people are very selfish. Getting a helping hand and support in difficult life situations seems to be a rarity. That is why the non-profit making organizations with very clearly set tasks are founded . The tasks are to help those who need it and not expect anything for that. In this thesis I concentrated on monitoring of one of the non- profit making organizations which has been introducing a new service to the market. The research was made by a stra-tegy of qualitative investigation and a method of triangulation. |
