Předložené teze dizertační práce s názvem "Projektování flexibilních výrobních systémů" se zabývá problematikou využití metod průmyslového inženýrství v praxi, konkrétně v analýze a projektování výrobních systémů v prostředí masové kustomizace. Práce analyzuje hlavní konkurenční faktory výrobních systémů a jako hlavní prvek definuje flexibilitu. Jsou porovnávané rozličné výrobní koncepty - počítačová integrace, digitální podnik, Just in Time, Lean Production, Lean Management, Lean Consumption, Toyota Production System, Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, World Class Business, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Fraktálový podnik, podnikové sítě, segmentovaný podnik, modulární podnik, focused factory, virtuální podniky, Jsou diskutovány také rozličné přístupy k projektování výrobních systémů a jejich slabé stránky. Cíle dizertační práce jsou: Definování struktury a prvků flexibilního podniku, návrh základních metrik pro měření flexibility podniku, vývoj integrované metodiky projektování flexibilního podniku, dopracování stávající metodiky projektování výrobních systémů o prvky projektování pracovníků, jejich organizace a zapojení do kontinuálního systému zlepšování, propojení vývoje výrobků, technické přípravy výroby a projektování výrobních systémů do integrovaného systému, integrace systematických přístupů (systémové inženýrství, projektové řízení, DMAIC) s metodami štíhlého podniku a s nástroji dynamické simulace, ověření metodiky v praxi |

Theses of this dissertation thesis titled "Design of flexible manufacturing systems"deals with questions of usage of industrial engineering in practice, concretely in analysis and design of manufacturing systems in the mass customization environment. Dissertation thesis analyses the main competitive factors of manufacturing systems and as the main element defines the flexibility. Different manufacturing concepts are compared - computer integration, digital factory, Just in Time, Lean Production, Lean Management, Lean Consumption, Toyota Production System, Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, World Class Business, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Fractal company, enterprise networks, segmented factory, modular factory, focused factory, virtual enterprises, Also the different approaches to design of manufacturing systems and their weaknesses are discussed The goals of the dissertation thesis are: Defining of the structure and elements of flexible enterprise, design of basic metrics for production flexibility measurement, design of integrated methodology for design of flexible factory, enhancement of structure and components of a flexible factory, proposal of basic metrics for measurement company flexibility, development of integrated mechanic of planning flexible factory, current methodology of production systems projecting to be finalized concerning elements of workers planning, their organization and involvement into continuous system of improving, connection of product development, technical preparation of production and projecting of productions systems into an integrated system, integration of systematic accesses (system engineering, project leading, DMAIC) with the methods of slim company and with the tools of dynamic simulation, methodic verification in practice. |
