dc.description.abstract	Počet osob staršího věku a prodlužování lidského života zvyšuje potřeby poskytování sociálních služeb. V České republice existují tří typy institucionální péče, které se liší rozsahem poskytovaných služeb a způsobem úhrady. Práce obsahuje charakteristické rysy těchto zařízení a přibližuje problémy, které s životem v ústavním zařízení souvisí. Popisuje základní prvky pomoci a podpory seniorům; zjišťuje spokojenost klientů s poskytovanými službami v konkrétním zařízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The number of elderly people and prolonging of human life is rising the needs of social services. There are three types of institutional cares, which are different in range of afford services and in the way of payment. My thesis contains charakteristic features of these institutions and brings near the problems that are conected with life in these institutions. My work descripes the main elements of the help and support, which are offered to elderly people; makes an inquiry of client's satisfaction with services in concrete institution.	en
