dc.description.abstract	Téma "Výchovný aspekt učitelské profese" považuji za jedno z klíčových témat dnešní doby. Škola je jedním ze základních výchovných činitelů, které se podílí na utváření a formování nejen vědomostí, způsobilostí a zručností žáků, ale také i jejich vlastností, zájmů, postojů a jednání v různých životních situacích. Pedagogové by měli svým zodpo-vědným přístupem ke svému povolání pomáhat mladým lidem orientovat se v dnešním světě složitých mezilidských vztahů a usnadnit jim pochopení svých vlastních potřeb.	cs

The school is one of the basic educational element that participates on creating and forming not only the knowledge, competence and skills of the pupils but also their qualities, interests, attitudes and behaving within particular life situations. By the means of the pedagogues' access to their occupation the pedagogues should help the young to orientate in today's world which is full of the complicated interpersonal relationships and they should simplify them the understanding of their own needs.	en
