dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u osob pracujících s lidmi s mentálním postižením. V teoretické části se zabývám systémem sociálních služeb v České republice, osobností v pomáhajících profesích a analyzuji syndrom vyhoření. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu syndromu vyhoření v Domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením - Zámeček Střelice a Zelený dům pohody v Hodoníně.	cs
