V teoretické části se zabývám slučitelností rodinné a profesní role ženy v české společnosti z pohledu historie i současnosti. Popisuji zde cíle a navrhovaná opatření vedoucí ke sladění rodinné a profesní role ženy. V rámci rovnosti žen a mužů, která se slaďováním úzce souvisí, se věnuji dokumentu "A roadmap for equality between women and men 2006-2010". Poslední kapitola teoretické části je určena socioemocionálním aspektům, které ovlivňují slučování rodinného a profesního života. Praktická část zjišťuje, jak ženy, které jsou ekonomicky aktivní a zároveň mají dítě v první nebo druhé třídě základní školy, slaďují svou rodinnou a profesní roli. |

In the theoretical part I deal with reconciliation of a family and working role of a woman in the Czech society from a historical and present point of view. I describe targets and suggested methods leading to reconciliation of a woman's family and working role. In terms of equality between women and men, that is closely connected with reconciliation, I deal with the document "A roadmap for equality between women and men 2006-2010". The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to socio-emotional aspects that influence reconciliation of a family and working life. In the practical part I find out how women, who are economically active and at the same time have a child in the first or second class of primary school, reconcile their family and working role. |
