dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce nese název "Zátěžové situace v profesi hasiče a možnosti jejich zvládání." Profese hasiče je charakteristická svojí náročností jak po fyzické, tak psychické stránce. Zátěžové situace jsou tedy pro hasiče jedním z běžných aspektů jejich profese. Časté působení stresu a traumatizujících situací může negativně ovlivňovat jejich psychickou pohodu a tím ovlivňovat kvalitu jejich života. Pro kvalitní péči o psychické zdraví svých příslušníků vznikla v roce 2003 psychologická služba Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR. Zjišťovali jsme jakými zátěžovým situacemi hasič může procházet a jaký vliv na něj mohou mít. Dále jsme zkoumali, jaké postoje hasiči zaujímají k psychologické službě a kolik informací mají z oblasti poskytované péče. Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí takové podněty pro praxi psychologické služby, aby se mohla více přiblížit potřebám hasičů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The name of this bachelor thesis is "Stressful situations in the profession of firefighter and how to cope with them." This profession is very demanding both physically and mentally. Stressful situations for firefighters are one of common aspect of their work. Facing the influence of stress and traumatic situation may negatively affect their psychological comfort and also their quality of life. Psychological service for firemen in Czech Republic was established in 2003 to improve the quality of their psychical health. We have been trying to find what sort of stress firefighters can face and in what ways they can be influenced. We have been also searching what attitude firefighters have towards this service and how much they know about it. The result of this research provides information which might be useful for improving their work and also enables to meet firefighter's needs.	en
